I build the entire solution.
Full-stack engineer with 6+ years building real products. I work across Spring Boot, Next.js, React Native, and databases. I own features from requirement to deployment and work well without a lot of hand-holding.
The Architectural Mindset
I'm Pramod. I build web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and the backend systems behind them. Over the last 6+ years I've shipped 11+ applications across ERP, FMCG, SaaS, and field operations. I work directly with stakeholders, understand what needs to be built, build it, and deploy it. I use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners. I work best in small teams where I can own outcomes, not just tasks.

Engineering Philosophy
- 01
Understand the problem before writing code.
Most of my best work started with a vague requirement, not a detailed spec. I talk to stakeholders, figure out what they actually need, then build and ship it. That's the full loop.
- 02
Backend decisions shape what you can build.
A clean data model and clear service boundaries decide how fast you can move for the next year. I lean backend because that's usually where the real decisions happen.
- 03
Ship first, then improve on real data.
I optimize what's real, not what's theoretical. When I migrated an ERP to Next.js, the goal was 40% faster load times, not a cleaner codebase for its own sake.
- 04
Use AI as a tool, not a shortcut.
I use Copilot and Claude Code to move faster. I also build AI features into products. Speed matters. The quality bar stays the same.
- 05
Pick boring tools for the load-bearing parts.
Spring Boot, MySQL, REST APIs. Proven tools on critical paths. Save the new stuff for where it actually adds value.
- 06
Own the whole stack.
Web, mobile, APIs, databases, deployment. Owning the full path means fewer handoffs. When something breaks, I can fix it without waiting for someone else.
Building something and need an engineer who can own it end-to-end?
I take products from requirement to deployment and move fast.
